Today’s “mini” style pneumatic thermostats have smaller orifices and ports. To ensure long life, check the capacity of your air dryer system. Your discharge air temperature should not exceed 40°F. By installing the correctly-sized air dryer you will greatly reduce the need to service a moisture-contaminated system

Dessicant Air Dryer

A low cost, chemical dryer for dry compressed air where refrigerated dryers are not indicated because of budget or space requirements. These dryers will dry up to 4400 standard cubic feet of air at the rated specifications. Maximum flow is 10 SCFM at 100psi. The polycarbonate bowl holds 800 grams of silica gel dessicant.
