Oil Coalescing Air Filters

Use to remove aerosols, solid contaminants and oil vapors from compressed air systems using lubricated compressors. Coalescing filters offer a much higher degree of oil removal efficiency than standard air filters.

The automatic drain works on pressure of 20-175 PSIG and has 1/8" NPT drain port. This filter removes 99.97% of all aerosols—unmatched by any other method.

Standard or “Pre Filter” Air Filters

With new mini-style thermostats and smaller orifices used in pneumatic control, it is essential that you deliver very clean air. Contaminants can cause more trouble with new equipment than ever before. The Pneuline 5-Micron Reusable Pre Filter traps dirt and aerosols in its 11 ounce bowl. For Automatic Drain, add “-AD” to end of model number (example: SAF114M-AD)

“EL Cheapo” Filters!

For continuing contamination problems, this filter is a very inexpensive solution. The refill is very readily available in any janitor’s closet—a roll of toilet paper!

Intake Filter Replacement Kits

Where clean air begins—every compressor intake air filter should be inspected regularly and replaced promptly when needed. The Pneuline replacement kit is about the same cost as the factory element only. Once the replacement kit is in place, replacement cost is minimal.

Automatic Electronic Condensate Drain Valve

The ADV automatic electronic drain valve provides a cost effective means of removing condensate from compressors, receivers, dryers and any area where condensate collects.

Disposable Inline Filters

Alternator Relays

The alternator relay provides a means of automatically alternating the operation of two separately mounted motor driven pumps or compressors. Each time a pressure increase is required by the system, the alternating action assures even readiness and wear on both pumps.

Compressor Oil

This petroleum based oil is one of the world’s finest compressor lubricants, recommended for reciprocating compressors. It offers excellent protection against wear, rust, and corrosion. It is also very stable at high temperatures.
