They come with CHAMPION’S exclusive “CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE” guarantee that the compressors will have an oil carryover rating of no more than 2 parts per million.This is extremely important with today’s small leakage pneumatic controls.

Champion Climate Control Air Compressors

The Champion line of specially designed climate control compressors represents years of intensive industrial research and testing. Champion has designed a line of machines suitable to critical industry demands for value and lasting performance, with features others only wish they could offer. Climate control compressors are specifically designed for ultra low oil in the output air for use in pneumatic air systems.

 

Champion Industrial Air Compressors

Features include rugged cast iron crankcase construction and tough cast iron or cast iron lined domed cylinders that eliminate head gasket concerns while improving compressor efficiency. The disc valves are precisely machined of select Swedish steel. Crankshafts are of rugged cast iron. The R-Series line of air compressor pumps is available as a single or two-stage, with a pressure range of 100-175 psi.

Available with horizontal or space-saving vertical tanks.
