Pneumatic VAV Controllers & Sensors
Replacement Pneumatic VAV Controller
Eliminate VAV Headaches
Regain control over zone temperatures with this pneumatic pressure-independent reset control. This revolutionary variable air volume controller replaces those frequently failing units on packages boxes. Field setup allows for control of normally open or normally closed VAV terminals. Both direct and reverse acting thermostats work smoothly with this versatile universal controller. Replaces all old Honeywell “Velocitrols”.
Replaces the following model numbers with just one unit:

Reset Volume Controllers—Single Function
These reset volume controllers are designed for use on variable air volume terminal units. They function as sub-master air velocity controllers whose velocity is reset between an adjustable minimum and maximum limit by a master controller, typically a room thermostat. The direct acting (DA) controllers are used with normally open (NO) VAV terminal units and require a direct acting (DA) thermostat signal. The reverse acting (RA) controllers are used with normally closed (NC) VAV terminal units and require a reverse acting thermostat signal.
This device is equipped with a dial marked in 10 increments. Although these numbers cannot be directly related to airflow, they can provide an approximation for limit adjustments. The adjustments should still be verified with the use of air flow measuring equipment.
Differential Pressure Flow Sensors
These sensors are designed to sense differential pressure in the inlet section of variable air volume terminal units and fan terminal units. They can also be used to sense differential pressure at other locations in the main or branch duct systems.
The “H” port senses total pressure and the “L” port senses static pressure The difference between these signals is differential or velocity pressure.
These sensor are normally used in conjunction with the VAV 1000, 2000 and 3000 series VAV terminal controllers for individual zone control in HVAC systems.
There are four lengths available to accommodate box size diameters of 4'' up to 16''.
