The ML6984, ML7984 are self-contained, self-adjusting, motorized actuator that mounts directly onto 1/2'' to 3'' threaded V5011 or V5013 valves. It’s ideal for replacing MP953 pneumatic actuators when automating.

Used for new construction, modernization or retrofit, these new higher torque models are designed for the 1/2'' to 6'' Honeywell V5011 and V5013 2-way or 3-way valves. The 3/4'' stroke models are for the 1/2'' to 3'' valves and the 1.5'' stroke models are used on the 4'' to 6'' valves. On the spring return models, spring return up and spring return down models are both available.

Honeywell Zone and Fan Coil Valves With Twist-Lock Actuator

Convert To New Signal Options Without Major Piping Changes

These new style motorized valves are a compact alternative to the sweat zone valves normally used for light duty applications. They are available with new signal options for building automation—DDC floating and 0–10Vdc.

The body is a direct dimensional replacement for the older style V4043/V8043 series zone valves. For fan coil applications, 2- and 3-way flare is also available. Depending on the piping configurations, the 3-way valves can be used for either mixing or diverting service. Models shown include one meter connector cable.
